Types of Integration
Izix offers two distinct integration paths to match your needs. The path you take depends on the ambitions you have for your integration and your specific objectives. You can choose between:
- Custom API Integration
- Marketplace Integration
Custom API Integration
A Custom API Integration is ideal for existing customers or consulting firms developing on their behalf. This option enables you to create a unique integration tailored to your specific project. The Integration will not be listed on Izix Marketplace and will therefore not be proposed to other Izix Customers.

How to get custom API credentials
- Log in to your Izix Administrator account and go to the Add-on marketplace
- In the Izix Marketplace, activate the "Custom Integration Add-on."
- Generate the necessary API credentials directly from the add on page
- Use these credentials to build your tailored solution, incorporating Izix’s robust parking management capabilities.
Marketplace API Integration
A Marketplace API Integration is ideal for Technical Partners who want to develop a standard integration and offer it to all Izix customers via the Izix Marketplace. These are standard modules that will offer a high level of stability and robustness in order to garantee a smooth experience to our respective customer.

Authentication Options
Both Custom API and Marketplace Integrations support the following authentication methods:
- Client Secret Credentials: For secure server-to-server communication that do not require user consent.
- PKCE Authentication: For secure user-to-server communication, especially beneficial for web or mobile applications.
How to get Marketplace API credentials
- Contact Izix: Reach out to Izix and request API credentials.
- Provide Marketing Material: Share your logo, description of your solution, and other marketing material.
- Izix will generate credentials and list your integration on the marketplace
- Once credentials are obtained, develop your integration .
